Basically reset the charts, surveillance and everything starting new year? Call it end of season 1 and starting XP Season 2?

Ofc season 2 will bring new goodies like better surveillance management, xp streaks, player titles and many more.

Advantage is many will start xp again even if they have low xp, will be on "same level" with the good ones, can add all modes at start.

Disadvantage is: will take at least 1-2 months again to balance the "true adjusted" xp on each player and games will be more and more fair in time.

State ur opinion, suggestions and anything else u want.

No. Games are quite fair now and that's great. As you said earlier resetting xp is kind of nonsense.

Better focus on surv system, granting access to add2 to low xp players and developing early access (test games etc etc).

Pug still has his surveillance for FPing pudge in the first few weeks of xp. That kinda stuff needs to be removed.

still, a solution might be to keep season 1 xp as an imaginary value for bot to balance teams for a few weeks or so

Imo no reset. I prefer "never change a running system".

It's balanced atm, there are fair teams with good captains (ofc also some bad like me sometimes :p)

I haven't played a lot @ xp lately but if there will be a reset I won't add there before theres been like 1000 games so that the teams are going to be at least a little more balanced compared to the beginning..

Dont really see the point in a reset, games are fun and balanced now and its not like there's a prize for being first place? If you're a good player on crappy rating atm eventually you should be able to improve.

I got low xp so I'm up for it.

No really, if you add new features with it and make it abit more nice i'm totally up for it, but you shouldnt just delete everything and make a fresh start, sure reset the xp but make the bot choose teams after the old stats for maybe a month so it wont be to random. Your a good scripter so you probably could do that (one way would be to create a new bot that remembers the old results and well got sarah to calculate the new ones and make those 2 work togheter, or if you could make that with the same bot).

Anyway, it would be pretty fun to make one restart/year (like 1th january every year) so xp-diffrence get to divded within the community, as it would be if you never restarted it.

Ye we can use old xp for making teams at start... and i can also introduce 1 mode as free teams.

I will think in time to let 2 players add as "challenge" mode: after game ready, they will pick on irc the players for each team in similar ways as -rd picks.

As many others, I dont see the point of resetting XP. At all. If a good player for some reason would be on a low score, it doesnt take many games to get up to high xp. Throw in everything that is new, but leave the xp.
