No matter who fucked up the game. Naked diffu, no items before min 22 and 150 cs after 52 min is not acceptable.

If you really have evidence that a player shouldn't be on xp channel, post it here and let everyone judge for themself if they want to play with him or not.
For removal it needs:
- Irc nick or auth of the player
- Evidence. Do not open a thread without one or more
- Be sure you have more players backing up your evidence or story.
- Be sure you don't come with stupid reasons like feed in 1 game. 1 game is not enough unless is really really bad.
- 3 Persons (TP/TV/Admin) have to agree on the removal.
Warning: Only 1 thread/target player (auth). If it's closed, it's closed for a reason. If you create second thread for same reason, it will be deleted automatically.
Any player can be removed from channel no matter how many games he has.

That is just plain stupid to post, because it doesnt show anything since it is a euro game. Not buying any items on free farming naga until 22 mins in XP game should be conciderd gameruin and any player who is fit to play in XP wouldn't do this.
