That attitude is horrible, but from my experience his skill is fine.
I would vote yes for a 2 weeks xp ban or smth like that but not 2 months.

Well I'm not quite sure how this should be handled, which is also why I both banrequested and remove requested. The problem is that he might be skilled enough for XP, but not listening to the captain about crucial ingame things like: warding, chick, lanings and hero picks, is just pure game ruin. In my oppinion this should either result in a temp ban from the banrequest section or removal through removal section, because letting things like this go unpunished is really not acceptable.

In this case I'd say a removal or 2 weeks ban fits, because I've have seen him reading the thread and it doesnt really seem like he cares or he would atleast have written something.

On another note we might need a rule concerning this, because if this had been a "known" good player he would definetely not get removed and thereby go unpunished.

You won't imagine how often people write me "I M FAMOUS GO NINJAVOUCH ME IN XP, I PLAY LDHL; I PLAY DOTA PRIDE, blalbal" and I tell them to do application with the good old "lol-fag-league"-response. Sharing this stuff intern is pretty awesome cause everyone who has the slightest position faces those people. Plus there have been already real pro gamers removed. So np. It's true, people who are "known" do get treated a bit different sometimes. This is not done on purpose, it's just something that happens. If I had to judge over someone like celdo or this guy I would probably say: "oh it's just celdo, that's normal" and for this guy "Ban from .xp for 1-2 weeks".

And I still think a remove is to harsh here!

This guys' history is one huge joke from hell. I permabanned him once after he had seven bans in 36 games, several for serious manner issues.

I have no clue at all why he was pardoned with a history like that and I have even less clue why he is still around and even still allowed to play xp, after receiving another at least four mannerbans since his amnesty.

Exactly, thats why I think there should be an XP rule stating that not listening to the captains equals game ruin and will therefore result in a  7-14 days ban and if repeated you will be removed. Because I dont think the single action of not wanting to swap your hero is enough for a removal, but should definetely be punished.

2.) What do Morden or Celdo have to do with SteilerTeiler. SteilerTeiler is an early applicant. We treat everyone the same, but as an Early Applicant who got permbanned once you have to behave. So this case is different. They are not even at all.

3.) When you write "famous good players" I refer to ppl like Merlini Maelk or whatever, and I wanted to point out it starts when they want to join DP. Just because they are known that doesnt mean they dont have to pass all the stuff others have to. I think that's clear since longtime, has been discussed several times and everyone is aware of that. On the other hand you still take a look at the persons history etc and then u do step 2 ?
