Thats a really hard decision for me here...on the one hand you are a very nice guy, always listen to the captain and behave quite nice, never seen any bad statements from your side. On the other hand you are skillwise not rly xp material.
I was thinking quite long what to do here... but in the end i'd support the removal aswell, and once you get a better level i'd vouch instant for you to come back into xp since you are a really nice guy.

basically i can just repeat what HaSu said (remove), also talked to others what they think.

i do like u, u are a friendly and calm person.
but the dota skills is just not rdy for competative games on the xp-channel. its not only that u need cap to tell all certain things in beginning, i also see a lot of not-understanding during the game. what to do when, what not to do. just what is to be expected with dota-experience.
shape up and come back imo!

Now I have the 3 Removals and I guess thats it.

I don´t know if I want to reapply any time soon here, since the only Community where I Play is dp.xp.
 Eventhough I try to innerhit what you told me and improve a bit.

It was a pretty nice time here.

Vote for no remove.
He ain't that good, but he listens and if you tell him some stuff he will do it.
He didn't enter wth early xp so he doesn't need to be that highskilled imo.

Basically if you follow the tips that twisted gave and you listen to "experienced" players you'll do fine.

to clarify i also vote for "no remove" since i feel what seperates xp from other places is if you got a nice guy willing to improve there should be room for him as well, specially since hes in cuz of 500 games. Dont look blindly for skills and if you do, go play LDHL and see what you prefer the most. Losing is never just one player anyway.
