Its time for changes in our XP community. There are a few players that makes XP look lowskilled like EURO. This player Shei is lowskilled and has lost many games for me because his lack of dota skills. My opinion is twisted about this player because I feel he deservs a second chanse but atm his to lowskilled for XP. This threads will hopefully highlight this player so if someone feels he plays bad just post a replay here and he will get removed. When I get him in my team I fear that we will lose from start.

I can find more evidence but hopefully it will be enough with just posting him here because people recognize this player easy..
Iīd want XP community to add or give WARNINGS to people that get lower then 800points to shape up if its according to them being lowskilled. People that has stats 30% win should be removed ASAP for 6months for them to improve there skills.

Here is Shei XP stats
UserID: 174 // Streak: 1011100000 // XP: 705 // Rank: 347 // Wins: 38 // Losses: 59 // Leave: 0
He has 37% win.

Please give this player a warning that his on the edge of getting removed ?

I do understand ur thoughts.

I know I am pretty bad but as Twistd stated: I realy try to improve, and I ask the Captains often which items/playstyle/where to ward.
I think, if u tell me in the beginning, what to do, I can do pretty decent.
I remember a game with RMx, where he told me, where to ward when, how to adjust my playstyle and I did pretty well that game.
I am sorry I canīt read the game and Sitations like most of u do, thats why I need some help to help a team to win.

But at Sunde said, at least I am a friendly guy, who never is a reason for a bad atmopshere.

I also guess, itīs kind of noble of me, that I always take the hero thatīs left, just so everyone else is fine with their heroes. I never Ninjad or what-ever.

Would like to hear some more thoughts, or maybe even some tipps, so I can get more skill.

Watch pro replays.. simple as that. you say you cant read the game as well as we can so just simply download and watch lots of replays ;P its great fun too :)

ofc you gotta play dota too.. play with good people ask for tips etc. the harder the opponent, the bigger the lesson.

Some late-night tips on playing support/gank:

1. Warding, where to place them you can learn from replays. Its crucial for a good support-player to get vision out earlier than the other team cuz then you will see where the other teams supporter put thier wards so you can easily counter them. Placing sentries should never be plain guesses you got to be sure you deny them a ward or invisproof an important spot; for example in front of towers while pushing, roshan. Ask your team where they have wards.

2. Runecontrol, good supporters plays with confidence. When they see thier lane is pushed, they dont stand passively leaking xp from the carry herp - they go and check runes/gank mid. See what hero and player you have mid, usually one of the better guys in your team is playing solo and he just needs one slow/stun extra to kill and gain a big advantage for your team. The first wards runs out at 6min, at that point you should be with new wards for the 6min rune to both give new vision and, if there is a good rune, gank mid.

3. Ganking and counterganking. In dota today, counterganking is usually more rewarding than ganking. If lots of heroes are missing on the map, chances are your carries are in trouble. Good warding normally show you where to be. For example everytime i respawn, i dont instago to the lane where i see farm or the lane i died in(mid). I check and see where the other teams dangerous heroes and supporters are. If i see i can probably kill a guy i will go for it. So pay attention for when the solo heroes dies - this will come with experience - you will "know" where they gonna go - so you tp there and save your carry hero and mb snatch a kill in the process. I remember Dray once told me "the best way to gank, is not actually ganking its just dissapearing from the map because then they are forced to play more carefully". Patience is also important, good players will bait go's feinting to go forward just to draw back to see if some heroes pops out in the fog. Wait a bit before you go to lure them into safety. Thou against lots of over-aggro players in xp without awerness its just "gogogo" that works - you gotta get that feeling from ganking a lot. See what works and what doesnt.

4. Position, if you play a maiden/wd/lich you shouldnt initate nor show yourself in creeprange cuz youre such a good target for enemy-carries. Just hide yourself(normally you see the supporters autoattacking the wave - showing the enemy initate exactly where they are to make initate super easy), wait for the clash/initate then go and do your spells. Try to get an overview of the fight then pick your target. This is also about a good feel for when to be aggressive and when to hide - sadly i cant tell you every situation its again something you learn from experience. I usually think how i would play it out if i could control every hero, what to focus first etc then i play according to that and hope everyone thinks like me. :D
Follow the leader, its better to make a bad go which everyone follows than to let 2-3 guys die without any deaths on the opponent team.

Thats some wall-of-texted-short-tips, mb you learned something new! Mb one day i could complete my dota-for-dummies-guide :D

This guy is ofc not the best player in xp(skillwise), but he really tries to give his very best every game!
He asks for help, listens to the captains instructions and he ACCEPTS the help & tips, unlike some other ppl which react cocky and do not listen to anybody.
Its obvious that shei aint a Carry player, but if u give him support hero he does his job...
Another last point which speaks for him are his manners. I never experienced him as someone who talks trash, gives up fast or even flames. One of the Top5-Friendly-Guys in XP :)

Keep him in, give him the chance to improve !
