I thought he was good enough for xp when i vouched him. But the games we played in xp itself didn't really convince me ^^ Gonna search through my auto saves.

Thoose are my last 3 games with him.
Not gonna take a decision based on thoose ones, even though since he is an early xp member he should be over average. Going to watch the replay in the first post some time soon.

at least this is, sadly, 100% true. maybe he can pull off a good semicarry/support, but his carries are most of the time instant lose. i mean a cent with that much cs is... well, not acceptable i guess. despite this i had a quick glance at his early xp request. in both his rgc replays (which i consider more serious than lets say an euro game) he turns out to play a carry (a storm with 116 cs or smth after 60 min is not close to gameruin it is, i am sorry). staying neutral here, but something to think about mb.

i wouldnt say hes to bad for xp, just stay far from carrys in better games and its fine, improve the attitude and he might stay.

I might be wrong ofc, but he can do bettEr maybe when you, as captain, give him moar instructions. I mean he is Still pretty new in here, so an increased inner- team communication might lead to more successful play.

An early applicant should be able to play without being given instructions imo  People who entered with 500 games can be forgiven if they need help. But needing instructions as an early xp access is a no go.

Horrible attitude, always picking carry for himself and gets 0 farm.

Like yesterday: picked storm ----> treads null talisman @ 40min.

Here is another game i played _against_ this guy.. just watch how he plays in mid and you'll understand that he is not able to be cocky and pick carry for himself every game.
