Last topic got closed to I guess I have to open a new one. He still is sucking around like a mad man and people should keep reporting, please don't just close threads again.. Yes he is okay sometimes but most of the time sucks rly rly badly.

Here is MY last game with him. He played lina, we had tri top with lina, razor and tide versus enigma. He failed to harass enigma, was standing behind me most of the time, didn't do anything to keep nigma out of xp range. After a while he even gives firstblood to him. Followed by solo feeding him in woods again, failing as support and so on. This game he was NO xp material, once again.

I noticed him in a game I obsed the other day, playing necrolyte+aba vs solo sand king. He died twice before lvl 7 without sandking getting any ganks. Nor did he max aura(so sand king cant stand in sandstorm and get free exp/farm), but went traditional skillbuild with maxing pulse. Poor understanding imo.

hmm in the last thread I did not support his removal because I had also good memories about him.
I have to say that he was playing worse then I accepted over the last weeks with three exceptions:

1 good lina on tri where he didn't had to engage.. reacted fine when other ppl did engage and hitted most stuns.

1 time panda solo mid against lord-'s zeus. Owned him hard (fb'd him very early and kept advantage also he had gangs from top later on)

I like that he does listen to captain. It makes teamplay much easier.

One might ask if owning lord mid is that much of a difficult task ;)

Anyway, on topic: I got the feeling that he is able to play his heroes decently but is lacking some strategical knowledge and understanding of the game (when to do what, how to react in certain situations), but then again thats a sector many others also have problems with

Support removal

Sometimes he can play on a decent level. The problem is games he doesnt care about. If you look at the games where he plays bad, his APM is around 50-70. Now I'm not the APM police since mine can also be fairly low, but it just says something about how much you think and react ingame. Besides that I think he sometimes shows a complete lack of skills, which is not outweighted by some decent games, from my POV.

I'm wondering what's the point of removal requests atm.
-> When we handle fast enough with a decent number of replays + a valid number of votes, you got someone re-opening a thread not even a month after the first thread was closed...
-> When we let it open for more time w/o taking a decision , people think the whole process is useless...

No one will play under permanent removal request over his head, that's not the type of atmosphere we want imo.
Even for us who have to handle requests thats just not possible. As he was declared ok for the channel only some weeks ago i think i'll close this tonight if nothing new occurs (and by this i mean outstandin attitude problem or VERY bad play ).

I opened this thread because he is fucking up (again). And now you want to tell us we are allowed to open one thread every few weeks, months, years(?). That means, if he manages to play decent 1 out of 10 games and he somehow survives his surv request by a miracle, he is safe the rest of the year. Argh.

The problem with the current system is that vouches are based on personal experiences and people playing 1 game, then saying: "Hes good enough". If you go back to the other removal thread, the only one who bother to look at replays posted, was yourself. The rest of the supports was made based on 1 or 2 games it seems. People gotta watch the replays posted, how else can he be judged fairly. He can suck as much as he wants for 10 games in a row as long as he plays well, the 10 games he plays with a voucher/tv/admin. From my point of view, 10 games where you play decent and listen to captain, aint outweighted by 10 games where you lack complete sense of what the hell is going on.

On another note I think your right though. There should be a 2 month periode or something similar, where you cant be remove requested again. But this requires tvs/admins/tps to really think one extra time and maybe look at a replay or 2 before making a decision.
