I tend to agree with fallingdown. I watched the lane phase of the 2 alch replays you posted denvildehest, also watched begining of ezalor replay + lich.
The ezalor one was really nice play, i think the lich one stats speaks for itself. On the first two (alch), he does bad but well badgames can happen too. I mean i don't sense problem with basics or such, neither on the attitude which stay serious overall.
I'll let TVs make their opinion but to me tre is an oldschool member who gives his best, sometimes good, usually decent and sometimes bad. I'd say let him

i remember him from the other seasons
and he improved big times.
+ hes almost everytime listening to the caps orders and trying to full-fill the requests as good as possible.
think hes gonna be a rly good player if u give him some time and put some effort into supporting him.

I can say that i havent seen his worst sides when playing, but when i have pld with him he usally is doing fine ,and has no problem playing in XP.
In my opinion hes good enough to play in XP, and i have often been picking him in challenges and it ended up with good results.
