I find him horrible : giving up attitude, no clue about skilling hero (look at his dazzle support on riki lane) + doing horrible on lane also aka last hiting or preventing our carry to do :/

I tried to get him removed after it got closed while blue was still admin, but it kinda led to nowhere. Played a game with him some time ago in xp where he played bad again ^^

Imo remove him, and let him reapply in 2 months.
