Surveillence on Fenrir

Surv on this player for low skills and if there is some way, remove him from becoming captain. He ALWAYS adds with +c when he has no clue about pickings or laning. Will quote from my most recent game with him: "Riki and silencer is a good harassing lane."

And before you say: "Yea well add+c as well when you see him do it?" I was out tabbed from mIRC and I'm sure a lot of you are as well after you added.

Captain wise, maybe remove him from adding caps then :D

Played many game with him, imo he is too bad for being captain, but also too good for surv.
