I know it's a shitty guide, but for now it should work. This option is pure win, since you will never have to ask someone to turn his micro down or simply that you cannot hear him. Ask if something was still not clear.

I have also added 1 channel with a SPEEX codec for Apple users, I'm sure you will be delighted :)

Updated the thread with a mofo ugly guide to hear everyone as loud. No more "turn mic lower plxx" or "can't hear yooo", unless their microphone is broken or 5m away from them on the ground!
