Only reset .xp if you run the 2-3 first weeks from the old database so gains and teams will be balanced from start.

The chart is quite recently reseted. I dont see the need of resetting it again, not much will be changed with 2.0.

imo reset isnt a good idea (atm) ; we just started a new season and why there should be e.g. a reset once/half year ? makes xp-gainings quite useless... after reset u got (1-2)months imbalanced games then you got some quite balanced games for some time and then, once again, repeating the same over and over again.

Until today I dont understand why ppl want xp resets at all. Do they want to have the chance to claim, that they were the number 1 xp player once, cuz they got 5 lucky wins after the reset? The ladder will look  the same as it did before the reset after some months. But until then, add1 games will get even more imbalanced games, and challenges will be imbalanced in terms of xp distribution.

And btw i got only about 1000xp atm, so I'm not one of those high Xp people, that dont want to start all over again. It just doesnt make any sense to me. Especially because the Xp gains will be very slow at the start because there will be no high gains again.
