First of all this is not a pure manner/skill surveillance, it is a mixture.
I had to upload the replay on rapidshare, because neither dotaparser nor axlrod accepted the replay.

Furthermore he preferd to buy other items then wards as lion, told other heros they should buy wards. I think you gotta watch the replay to understand what i mean, its just a lack of basic knowledge. I picked some timestamps from replay to show examples:
10:20 Didnt buy wards with 500 gold, although they were needed.
14.00 Still no wards, he prefers to get magic wand instead.
19:00 Still no wards, he prefers to buy 2 bracers.
24:00 Suggesting that puck should buy wards instead of him.
26:00 He finally bought wards and sets at least 1 of them.
After placing the first he farms mid instead of placing second.
27:18 Droping the ward in mid(!) and telling me to "do it urself" (i was bristle)
34:54 Buying Power Treads > wards
