support surveillance... all games I played with him he failed hard... no matter if he played support or roaming. Never saw him playing carry but I just saw a !winrequest screenshot where he had naix with pt and armet after 40 min or sth

he just played a nerubian in my game: No gangs - even if I asked for - bad stuns (sometimes no stuns) - no tps etc... every game fail is to much.. sorry

Nerubian items after 46 min without being roaming - often missend teamfights often no tps: "bottle, pt, 2*x null, tp"

I said he fails all game I played with him and here are the evidences:

the first game I dont find anymore... he played lion + x on my line against me (void) and buqa (potm). I had great time there and carried the game home. Maybe BuQa or Muskita can upload. Very poor performance all game.

next game:
We won (elare- riki). Many faults in earlie game - poor farm. Maybe just watch it. Good thing is we had a good panda who carried this home but whatever me and trykea both agreed after (and in the game) that this riki is just sad playing.

Next game: I lost because void played very very nice: gratz again

but elare- played lich against me and did bad again: No good ultis - feeding 1:12 after clearly won game

Conclusion: 4 games - 4 times fail or no good play. Maybe just unlucky you play bad the games where I am in also but I doubt you can do any better against good players (and that's what .xp stands for)

You can farm with naix VS. nearly every line... Just played it vs sk / puck line and had my desolator, pt, armet after 22 min with 4:0 stats...

You dont need to have this in 22 min but you should have more then pt armet in 45 min... no matter against what you are playing

the main problem with elare is that he can play a limited amount of heroes solidly and that puts pressure on a captain on picking him a specific hero or watching him fail with something he can't play.

just played a game with him and he played lycan, we had pretty bad lanes, and chen was in our wood and ganking/threatening me in mid. I had alche and played vs trax. anyhow, elare was non-responsive to any chat or pings on minimap, I had to spam both ways to get him move for killing chen 1 time, the rest of the game elare only made solo moves, either farming or suiciding on the enemy(sometimes taking one with him). several times he died when he went solo roshan without warning us, even without sayin a word.
After all we made quite well later in game, we had cent dazzle and lycan, and due to a well playin rest of the team, we were actually able to win.
elare didn really join a lot of teamfights, until I told him to join us, then he occasionally did.

Whatsoever, I think, personally, he is not a very good player, maybe not even good, but still I think that there is a place for him in xp, if he can improve a bit, especially work on map awarness and teamplay in general.

I for myself was in a bad mood and told some heros i would like but he said no i get you lycan, even i pleased him this time not to but still he did and forced me to play. also they know when i was doing roshan. was a bad game i know for my self, still we managed to win
