Well there is no doubt that he's not exactly a good player. He's the kind of guy that can easily lose a match for you. But I think he's a nice guy, chatty etc. Think he should stay. And I'm saying that despite the fact that he and I share som history, and we aren't talking about golden memories :)))

Playd with him earlier today, put him on a SK+rhasta lane and they both failed, feeding a ursa to blink, vanguard etc before 15 mins passed.

ofc end screens say nothing, but he played super strong panda (i was veno). initiated, necronomicon against our wards, rly rly insane fights where he used ulti super.

From what I remember of Elare is that he sometimes play good and sometimes fail (like anyone ?).
So it's pretty hard to say "he's no fit" since he's able to play very good, and, also, he's a nice and mannered guy.
He's able to play very nice support heroes but not really carriers.
I'd say he's fit but we also have to consider this is not the first time a surv is requested on him.

To sum up my opinion, I'd say he's good enough for xp.

The fact that I couldn't play since a while cause I'm abroad for work (and still 2 months to go) doesn't change anything about my opinion concerning Elare.

so...I once requested him aswell for bad playing. And i still think sometimes he has a split personality or his younger brother or his girlfriend plays instead of him. I see him fail and I see him playing pretty well. And my impression in this case is that its highly herobased. so my suggestion is: elare has to tell us what hero he can play and what hero he sucks at. From my experience i can tell he does quite well with wd, lycan and necrolyte.  azn

I just used add1 to get a game going and I unfortunaly don't got the replay (as it had to be remaked due to nobodyspace I believe couldn't move).

Anyway, elare- of all people got to be captain, and well... I've never seen someone fail with picks as hard as he did.
The scourge team ends up with what you would pick in a -cm game and we end up with 10 times worse heroes than you'll see in a .euro game, I'm just stunned.

This is not only about his ability to pick heroes, but also how he plays. heres an replay

This dude should really not be a captain NEVER AGAIN and should be under surveillance so he shape up and play good (i've seen him do so, but latley he seem to have failed alot also).
