Meh you just like to argue. I'm not in mood. Therefore get this: you want to play on pickup, you don't use garena. If youw ant garena, go in places that accept it. We don't. And if you don't care about reasons, then the reason is BECAUSE WE SAY SO.

Never really liked garena tbh. To many times people get random dc's and I've never noticed that garena has so much better delay then reduced delay games on bnet.
