Imo. If you are an admin you gain 50 extra for each game and only lose 5.
All the time.

I think making at dynamic at the 50th player is a pretty good idea, the top players should surely be able to have a bit more riding on their games =).

It's not only that the reason for making it dynamic. To some level, the maximum and minimum xp, when the system is already static, is proportional to the number of players.
Since the last update +30 people are playing in .xp.

Could that rule apply to me aswell if I give you a cookie every day?
Or atleast entertain you with youtube clips :)

Anyway, I think Leo is right, mostly because hes right. To implent a average limit that isnt dynamic would ruin the whole EOL system and that would also make the stats useless.

I think they are for enabled for add1 too but there are hardly any games with this high xp average

Nevertheless, the only only I want to point from the article above is: the more rating/xp a player has, the lower his K-factor is, which is exactly the opposite here.

rly doesnt make sence move ppl's xp faster that already are high...

also this factor should be personal and not dependent on others.

and btw, in chess its constant. u just have to choose the constant well and its np.
