Okay Birdey bit short in his accusation, and looks like rage request. But i gonna try clarify a bit.

In this game, I was spec and laned with him (puck). In my opinion rather strong lane.
So but thing is puck did rarely hit one single orb or silence till minute 15 or so, wd completely outharrassed him, outdenied him etc. and this was more pucks fault than wd`s achievement. We had SEVERAL chances to kill wd, but he missed every single one of them (aroun 6).
In the later progress of the game he did not gank, just took specs/naix farm, did some really bad ulties, and suicided several times.
He completly lacks the confidence, experience and the feeling to play on .xp in my oppinion. Because i did not play that very many games with him (1 other i think where he did not show amazin performance either) I'd say surveillance him, but from that game ive just had the "pleasure" of palyin with him, i can assure you to 100% that this guy should not play .xp.

but his hero was tide (aka super simple) and we totally dominated the game

2 things about ForSe:

1. My impressions from playing with him
First 2 games I played with him I had this "omg this guy is one I need to dodge adding next times"
But then I later had a game with him where he did well (and not just cause I wasn't expecting much)
If I have played more with him it hasn't been that memorable (which in this case is good I guess :P)

2. The replay Birdey uploaded
Was first gonna say that legor has too high standards, cause ForSe is off to a bad start but doesn't really play bad (first 5min or so) and still legor starts acting pissed at him. And I know ForSe could do better at the very beginning but nothing worth whining that much over.

But then comes the hunt for WD where ye he fails really bad. And later he jumps into WD + BB for no apparent reason and misses all his stuff and dies. And he can't seem to use his phaseshift at all. Shortly after Birdey comes for stab and ForSe fails again.
He even says he isn't used to Puck or something like it and surely doesn't help when he gets picked on from the start. And we all know no1 can play when Birdey goes emo-bully mode, really detroys the team from inside. But that being said ForSe really doesn't try to stay on the deffensive knowing how weak he has gotten this game. He keeps going on suicide missions, and that really should have consequences when players do that imo.

Guess I'll support this req. then. But just wanted to say that there is more to this than just ForSe playing bad :)
