Current problems are that ppl have to w8 ages to get early access to this channel
and some ppl with over 500 dont even dare to try playing one first xp game etc.
or other ppl get in here with 500 euro games played but actually they got no clue about
proper gameplay and all that kinda stuff.

since we already have a thread with vouchers we could also get 1 date per week for
an official test game. applicants sign up and the rest is filled with random xp players.
ppl get to see whats going on in here and what level is needed to keep up with the other players.
and when one player does pretty well and got a decent ban/manner etc history he could get vouched immediately

what do u think about that?

Problem is, one game doesn't tell shit about a player. In that game he can be completly different then how he really is. In premade test games everyone is the perfect dota player: buys wards, listen to others, never flames, tries to be near his teammates, picks what hero is needed or what other say, etc. Or even opposite: a good player might have a rly bad game where everything just goes wrong and under pressure he does nothing good. He dies stupidly in a gang (and his mates will be pissed and say OMG NO MAP AWARNESS), he makes a spell 2 sec too late (again... gah! ur so dumd..)... pressure, flames, etc. A single game will show nothing. That's why I ask others to vouch or unvouch based on different games they experienced at random times.

Further on there's no possible way to monitor this in a good way.
I for one (and I believe I speak for all admins) do not have the time necessary for yet another time consuming task just to let someones friend gain early access.

Agree with Cip here, i like the idea of this tho ORGi69, if u can somewhat find a solution where the this "1 game pretending to be nice" - syndrome is eliminated i would really look forward to this, it will probably be hard to find such a solution tho im afraid
