I just got kicked from dotapickup.xp because I have low xp. And I somwhat disagree with the decision. Wouldn't it be more than fair to first put me under surveillance before removal? I know I am better than other people in .xp and therefore it feels bad to be kicked out because of my low xp. I have played many high-stakes CM games and have had some bad luck. I am a great host and have good manners and I hope that some people accutally like me in the channel. This thread is to see if you guys think that I deserve another chance. Get back in .xp with a surveillance on me and then see from that. So everyone that thinks I deserve this please vouch in this thread!

This feels a bit unreasonable imo. My experience of his gameplay is that he is far from the worst on exp, and that his xp doesnt reflect his skill. I say give him another chance.

The amount of XP you have doesnt really equal to your skill, and I think that Zapato is a good example of that. He's a decent player with good manners, so it feels a bit unfair to remove him without even putting him under surveillance, since its apparently his XP that is too low, not his skill.

It's nothing personal just standard. Please read xp rules:

"Players with very low xp or very inactive will be banned without notice/warnings. They can reapply in 3 months."

This thread is only allowed for u to have a second chance. But it's nothing "unfair" or how other say. Rules are rules. Not my fault u don't know how to add. And when u do u lose tons of games. Stop saying it's unfair because it only makes me angry at you for not reading xp rules.

i dont think so. there is an area, where u at home, but if ur exp so low, it has nothing to do with OMG i had only stacks vs me/ bad other playes in my team

ofc there is a relation, but imagine the following: 4players in each team are even from skill, and you always get into the one team and ks.miracle into the  other team. ofc u will loose most of the games - low xp, but perhaps u are still a really good player, but u ofc cant mess with the best.

so thats "bad luck", and thats why there are players with low xp who are good, and players with higher xp who are worse than the other.

so to sum it up: in general: the higher xp ---> the higher the skill, but as everywhere there are exceptions.

I doubt he is the sole exception on xp. It might be if u were at 700-800xp and had bad luck after bad luck. But seriously.. how many bad lucks u need to go to 400? You need to lose like 30 !add1 games in a row. It's ur fault and only urs u add games and u lose them all. You add with stacks that lose to better stacks. Buhu. You think you would have learned in this many games. But u do over and over same thing. And then the question arise? How come ur team always loses? Stack or not. If ur team has lower xp because of u then u should lose less in cm. If ur team has higher xp even with ur imba 400xp .. then how the hell they lose? There is like 4vs5 considering u have 1000xp (new player) difference to an 1400 player. And still lose. Therefore... mate.. u don't like it but u might be the problem. It's not like there are tons of players at 400. It's you. Only you. Bad luck? Doubt it. The only way to get back into 800xp is to reapply in 3 months and u will receive an xp boost.

There are so many players that are so much worse than zapato and I think you admins should ask the people in channel before removals and not base a removal on one admins decision. Because we are the ones playing the most in xp. I could make a whole list with people who should be removed. And yes Cip, it IS unfair, even if there is a rule for it. Then the rule is unfair.

You could make a whole list with ppl to be removed but never did. Just whine when ur friend gets kicked. You don't like our rules? Buhu. And I thought everyone likes them. What a surprise.. there are people that don't agree with us. 

And since I'm the main admin handling XP, and did it well so far, your words about bans mean nothing especially when defending ur best buddy. Yes, I can ban players that I don't think they fit xp. You just realised this after so many months when ur friend got banned? Eh.. talking about involvement. Everyone doesn't care unless dragged into the problem. Then it's usually too late. As it is now.

Gonna give my unbiased opinion for whats it worth. Dropping to 400 xp can't be a bad luck or some bad days as Cip states. However, if no one has put him under surveillance or given negative reactions to his skills I can't see why he can't be allowed to play in xp. No complaints, no problem? I would suggest to change the rules from auto kick to some sort of auto surveillance. Lets say 7 days or so. I can't see why there is a rush to kick someone like that. I'm not very active in xp, but I think the issue needs an objective point of view.
