1 Ban for creep skip in life time

- Story:

Basiclly I got vouched for xp early access at 153 games or somthing,
and after 2-3 weeks I got removed, reason = I suck.

So, I got removed at OCT 2008, and its now 4 month,
and I've played another 350 games to sum it up to 500,
and have also been very active.

I think I deserve another try at xp.

Unvouch.
I played a couple of game with him on euro, he just drove me crazy.
VERY poor lasthit skill, no TP at all, very low knowkedge of the game -not even the basics-
Totally not fit for xp.
