Well, I watched the whole replay and I've got to say there were just to many mistakes to blame just one player for the lose. For example, why are you getting windrunner?(need style?) or void? instead of motred (omni + motred would match perfect together). Void has way to low dmg output to carry the team against the enemys lineup and there are some more mistakes.

Had some great games with Elare- and ofc i lost some but he's mannered and has enough skill for add1.
And if you don't like to play with people around 800-900xp don't add1 ;) just add2 or 3 easy, isn't it?

So I don't support this one.

I played some games with him and he did always a good job. Maybe he wasn’t a good omni in this game but he also wasn’t the only one that failed. Even if he isn’t an over high skilled player, he is always mannered and a good host, so to me he still fit’s to xp that’s why I don’t support this surveillance.

I played alot of games with elare on xp. We lost some games really badly but we also won others just beautifully. He sometimes owns and sometimes fails. There is nothing in between for him, but there is no doubt that he has enough skill for xp.

And you people should think again about telling others what items they have to build. Every item has its pros and cons, depending on the situation and your personal play style. To be honest, if everyone gets the same items for each hero the game will become boring (Don't be a sheep and try a new build once in a while).

Let people get whatever items they want (except lothars for riki, butterfly for PA and so on) as long as their build works (Of course the build maybe didnt work in this game, but under different circumstances it might have). Their build might seem retarded from your point of view and you can give suggestions or advice, but flaming others does never help. Live and let live. 

Also saying that one person lost you this game is just ridiculous, if you are honest with yourself.

Pls watch your replay again. You should really work on your manners. It is a wonder that elare followed your instrucions, the way you treated him. I for sure wouldnt have. ("are you fucking stupid" "ffs this" "ffs that").

butterfly evasion doesnt stack with PA evasion. So you waste some money building this item. In theory you can even make it worse and get a cristalys to reduce the time your ulti crits. 

On the other hand, when you got enough money for butter then you might be doing fine and it doesnt really matter which item you get.

like feanor said, maybe there is no a standard for elare, no expectations he can fullfill. for instance "omfg elare got a mortred, this is going to be a piece of cake", but when his "skill" kicks in, you don't wanna be the guy that is about to get roundhouse kicked.

i will never ever forget a game with him, maybe i'm able to find even a screenshot of it, where he just turned the pages.

all i can say - keep him on xp, you could get a surprise you have never thought of.

The XP don't show how often you fail, just how often you win or lose. There were quiet a lot of games in that i played well but my team was outpicked in late game or where someone else failed/feeded.
