I stated that any who got Angeltear would loose, simple because ive never won a game with him. 

So i fully support the survillance, anyway if he plays better he can just get it removed.

!support surveillance. I have won games with him on my team and he is not THAT bad. But on the border or maybe slightly below the border of surveillance material.

Could definitely need some motivation for improving faster, since he has had some really bad games :P.

Well he has never won a game with you in his team either  wink Anyhow he has won games in xp, think he's 50-50 or slightly worse so I still stand behind my comment about your public announcement. Anyway I will give it a rest now since this doesn't directly concern me.

Hm, sure ill try and play better. But if im under surv. there should be 'many' other ppl under surv also. Because imo there alot lower skill in xp then my game play.

he played decent leshrac in this game:

maiden + leshrac were owning top lane early game getting like 6 kills in 15 minutes or so.

Later on clinkz picked up and had easy play against me and leshrac but both gorgon and kotl (toplane) remained a nonfactor in most of the game.

from some games - like ~5 ~ in the past few days i can say he doesn't deserve to be under surveillance. he's been playing average  at least if you ask me and just needs more experience to get better, since i even noticed he improved pretty well
+ hes always trying to help the team and willed to take advices given to him :)

Had a bad experience with him playing treant, waiting tooo long using ulti ending in several of dying before it came into use
