So lets start with the game... it was a RLY! and i mean RLY nice game.. lots of ganks etc..i loved it still lost but loved it!!!! :) (30 xp lost wtf?)

team where perfekt.. or atleast i thought..

now this T3rm1... he went venomancer.. perfekt pick for this matchup but the skills he used?.. wtf ? shadowstrike lvl 1 passive lvl 4  ward lvl 1... huh? vs spectre/visage? hi? and he was our only "suport" hero.. we had DK Sven levi Cent venomancer(SUPORT)

he bought no wards and just ignored us not only me.. i can understand if he "ignores" me from time to time cuz he hates me.. "just check forum posts from him"... but the rest of the team ? cmon.. check the replay and comment please..So the reason of this survail/remove request is.. he ignore the whole team and he was RLY bad.. ok he did some good ulties.. but how hard is that?.. push 1 buttom. overall he destroyed the game...oh wait.. he did buy 6 wards at the end 5 min before game was over......remove please.. Cya

Hi Birdey.
I don't hate you. I just don't like you. Please don't take this personal. I made up my opionion about you with what all the others people said about you (+ replay chat logs).

You were talking a lot ingame and I concentrated on playing. That's why I wasn't talking that much.
I bought a chicken right in the beginning. I bought wards when the others told me to. You will see that there were wards several times in base and on chicken. But no one took and placed them. And I can only pick them when I'm in base. I bought a total amount of 10 wards.

I actually think you created this thread to blame someone for the lost game. This time its me, next time someone else. How many games did we play together? Maybe 3? First one we lost and you directly want to put me on surveillance or remove me. This is not the right way.

I had never below 1k XP and no one else ever complained about me except for this one game.

I took the time and watched the replay. T3rm1 bought 10 wards throughout the game.
Around 20ish, 30ish, 40ish and another 4 at 50ish. It's not too bad. Could be more but he did it.
Further he was participating in almost every major engagement.

Problem with XP is that people always think others' have to be as good as them. But that's not true. That weaker players still have 1025+ XP still makes them valuable adders to mode 2 anyways and mode 3 as well.
Since you got a high XP value (~1800) you will attract more "less experienced" players than others who just start of the bottom like miracle (~1400xp) does. Another thing is that you can't expect the players to just execute your commands. Firstly they have their own will and secondly by doing errors they learn and hopefully gain knowledge and skill. Thus makes them more useful players later on.

What I do think is that this is mostly a rage request and finding a scapegoat for a lost game. That's just human and everyone who actually plays a game with heart and soul will understand it.
But, Birdey, are you seriously sure that his game still was sooo bad? Or do you still hang on to this to just proof that you're always right once he is banned or under surveillance? You should know that you're a respected player in this community and your word does count alot. So it should be your burden to care for what you say and do or how you pin people at the wall just to justify your ingame comments.

How about a rule that says no lieing in banreqests/surveillancerequest, cant accuse a player for not playing support then have ppl end up watching replays saying he bought wards, chicken, was in almost every teamfight etc. Embaressing.

Wards has to be up ASAP! At 20 mins the game could be over, so that's just WAY too late. And he even played one of the "ultimate" ward bitches in the game, the venomancer.
