Reason: VERY VERY poor play, and almost inexisting communication.

Details:

Plays lesh, on a lane with lina vs jungling chen and dusa

==> no warding

==> only items until min 33 is boots and 2 circlets (had like 750 hp total with no regen) a pure candy for chen / dusa / luna

==> When asked to get bracers / start to farm woods ==> No answer (kept doing his thing)

==> Stealed DK's farm with nuke

==> a couple of minutes before end of the game, changes circlets to bracers and get.....Ultimate orb...


I just think that's a little too much for me to wait and see how he plays on another game... if ONLY he communicated, or listened to advice from mates / captain or just replied... I would've probably not taken this initiative...but I let you judge with the replay ...

Well... I must say he got pretty low skills. Though, while playing with him, I got a feeling that he is one of the good guys: He tries to learn, I have never seen him pick a stupid hero (always for the team), so i think he'll become much better soon enough =)

TO this point, it's obvious that Jirobas, just didn't care. Lina / lesh is very strong combo for a bot lane
(double nuke and double AOE stun). I believe he really failed at his role and he ignored his teammates, and he lacked that minimum amount of communication that should be tolerated in a game.

He did pick Lesh based on the input of the team on what would serve the lineup better, and I also think he bought the chick.

But seeing how he acted during the game, I personally have a  hard time finding him any reason to remain in xp...

Well, i was talking generally from my experience with this guy. I don't really know him good, but i think i played 5-10 games with him.
