After a couple of days with epic amounts of flame being tossed between these two players, I had a chat with Cip and the two in question about what I believe is the only way for them to sort out their differences.
They have now both agreed to play a 1v1, and Cip has agreed, to some extent, to punish the loser, though details have not yet been finalized.
In this thread, they will both agree on a date and time for the match, and discuss what type of punishment the loser should recieve.
(Cip reserves the right to overrule the agreed punishment, as he does not want to ban either of them for a long period of time.)
Replays and results will be posted by me when the game has been played, stay tuned.

Imo thats not a solution to solve their problem, avoid a conversation each other and dont play together.
