I haven't played on XP yet but i think your picture of what XP is like differs very greatly from Cips view. And since he's up to decide this is the outcome of your inappropriate view of dotapickup.XP.

(i still think dotapickup is a good alternative of casual playing) My point is - when i play at dotapickup i play for fun, not trying to meat up to some requirements that doesnt exist on the skill level of playing.

Your view may be subjective but it's wrong since your playstyle reflects it.
There IS a certain skill requirement in XP, there ARE roles as carry, support (wards, chick) atleast to a certain degree.
And due to that there ARE some requirements which cip decided you dont have.
