based on this topic, 3 things are pretty clear:
1)Id rather have raddeh on my team than about 1/2 of the xp channel.
2)He has changed his playstyle to be much more team-oriented even if him individual skill is lacking.
3)Birdey is almost as cocky as myself.

You can remove this guy from the list imo and if you ever need help putting more people on surveillance, ive got more than enough names to keep you busy.
