Updated the cm rank: for people under 10 games, they get the full 15 cmrank points for total games. After he passes 10 games, he gets 1,2.. etc until 15 points at 200+ games (giving them a chance to be picked at start).

Also now u get 25 points if you played more then 20 games in last 2 weeks.

Rest remains same. I will try if I make time to implement captains by cm rate in !add1

New changes:

* In !add, teams are made by xp, captains are chosen by cm rank! (!add2 stays the same, captains by xp)

* !add bans will be exactly like !add2: Pause after blue type -rd but BEFORE first pick revealed, and 1 random captain will ban a hero by saying it on ALL chat, then the other captain another hero, then unpause and proceed with picks.

Why?
- Players in add1 should be familiar enough with what heroes needs to be banned acording to a certain lineups
- XP playerbase should be more stable now
- Players will learn ban/pick strategies similar to -cm
- Gives the less xp captains possibility to plan their games
- New players never knew wtf are those RSANK letters
- Players always forget to ban when they add
- Often games don't even include the banned players and we used the "just in case" thing when some heroes were rly RLY imbalanced (lyca). It's not the case anymore.
- It's useless to keep updating !add1 bans each time we think some heroes are better or worse and each time map changes


* Captains in cm mode must have over 1030 xp (changed from 1025). This means 335 players can be captain from the total of 1300. (~25%)

New thing:

- If someone drops from CM games, game is automatically calculated as NORMAL GAINS (this avoids lots of loses, gains, stupid fights, game was not fair, etc). Also leaver is capped at -60 xp (even tho will screw a little the elo 0 sum, we recover somewhere else)

- For 2 leaves (in different team), YOU MUST first put in command the leaver in winning team then leaver in losing team. Example: !winrequest -3 -7 (-3 is player that his team won, and won't lose xp!)

(all 3 autobalance team by ranks)

As you see captains are assigned by bot! He can make his strategy and pick for rest of team.

!cd instead of !cm for now (can't challenge if there are more then 4 players in !add2 or !add3)

Rank is now formed: 50% xp, 20% activity, 20% win ratio, 10% total xp games.

New changes:
- You can now include word "-c" after !add to avoid beying selected as captain by bot. Automatically all players are included for captain spot. If everyone in a team uses "nocap" then it will be picked a captain just as usual (by rank).
- Pool of players for challenges increased to 16

!xp3 added for people with 1001+ xp: Will DCC send u the Top 50 directly from database (always updated). Usage interval every 20 seconds.
