And come on how can you be a good capitain when u got like 800 xp,it's obvious that you fail imo.
Plus I don't understand why people say "add+c yourself" since Anthrax.Pezer stated that he knew he wasn't that good to pick, all he says is that some shouldn't add as capt because they ruin games with bad picks/plays(because this capt are often picking the carrys)
But i think the only solution to this is only to dodge.

why is it obvious that u fail picking when u have 800 xp?? dunno how u came to that conclusion but its surely not true. you can be a good picker while u are a bad player. imo the xp has not that much to do with your picking skills because its more often outplaying here then outpicking

true that, but i made the experience, that most of the "so called captains" pick the important heros. and as you mentioned they might be good pickers but mby bad players... and in such games, its just sad to watch :(

but there are still some nice cpt with low xp ;) I think u shouldn´t punish them by saying lets have a limit-xp for adding +c because they do good normally

I say survailance-request the "bad" captains and make that people under survailance can't be captains.

A loss is a loss. Its due to bad picks, bad play or afk or whatever... People won't ever agree on a single way to pick in every situations. Ye true it's sad when it happens but thats the game. Add +c was implemented to allow people to gain experience in picking even when they hadn't the points to do it. Let them train, i doubt that it ruin so much games...

I understand u all till now, but just an example.

Ur captain picks: Sf,Qop,Ns,Dazzle,void(just an example about the last 2)

The picks are okay, for cd, at least playable, but then, host Captain picks.... NS and says: me solo mid, sf,qop top.....
I mean...SF and QOP top lane, cuz imba captain wants solo mid with NightStalker and fails even pretty hard mid.....
Such ppl just shouldnt add as Captains.

I for my self are currently arround 800-900 xp and i see sometimes guys adding with less xp than me. Actually i didn't care at the first but after some time i see them fail more and more in picks, coordinating the game and gameplay.
I for my self are also not that great at this things but I think there should be a cap like 900 or 950 xp, or what would be alot better that you use the rating, so that ppl only with a rating like 45+ can add with +c.

edit:
ofcourse there were also some games where i had a captain with low xp that was rly nice, but i think if you change it like i said that some rating is requiered to add with +c they should be still able to become captain.

I mean, i myself think im a crappy captain though (maybe ^.^) a decent player.
though.. how u wanna do it. I know some guys who had low xp but still are nice captains...
Imo just challenge if u want a good captain :/

I think the +c -c tool is fine enough to get good games going.
And as said previously by other users, if you dont like if someone with low xp is added as captain, you can always remove/add yourself +c.

Its all about ppl who think, they are good, bu pretty much suck mostly as captains and players.
