For removal it needs:
- Evidence. Do not open a thread without one or more
- Be sure you have more players backing up your evidence or story.
- Be sure you don't come with stupid reasons like feed in 1 game. 1 game is not enough unless is really really bad.
- 2 admins must agree on removal.

Feeding one game I can buy, anyone can have a bad day (or face a really good team) but what about repeated feeding? In most cases a player doesn't feed by choice i.e. he just lacks the skill to make the correct decisions at crucial times. Basically what I'm getting at is:

Can you be banned from XP due to lack of skill? If so, how do you prove lack of skill? If enough players complain about a certain player not performing well enough to be considered XP-material can he be removed?

Sorry if the answers to my questions are obvious or posted elsewhere but I'd be grateful for a clarification=)

Lack of skill CAN be banned for. If we have more then 2 replays or many many unvouches from players on channel. We don't try to ban on skills... but we try to keep an above average community of players. That's why we called it experienced. If a player finishes 3 games with 50 creep kills in 50 minutes, or with only 1-10 score... that means that player ruins games instead of making them even. Maybe it's skills maybe it's on purpose... but when a lot of other players don't want you ingame with you, then it's not the right place for you and euro is always there.

The replays will be watched by everyone. And they will say their judgment also. Experienced ppl won't go around auto-attacking, killing few creeps whole game, making bracers only after 1h or die every 2 minutes in forests. And especially if it happens in a game, it won't happen in the next one.

So basically we will listen everyone in each case, defending or accusing.. and depending on what players want on their channel.. we ban or not. We try, in time, to make a channel where a game of dota should be enjoyable and not afraid to add because ur mate will end game with 10 chickens and boots.

but immo u cant just judge it with stats... never the less... if u have watched the replays and he´s "that bad", then its valid to remove him.

Even when a Hero got 50cs and 1/10, but leads the team for the win, doesnt means, that he dont have enough skills.

i know this is not cw, i dont expect cws when i add pickup nor do i want it.

point is, farming supporters ruin some games just as much as feeding heroes, whether you like me or not. they might even have good stats and shit but in the end but that doesnt mean their farming and their (maybe) killstealing hasnt ruined the game for more farm intensive heroes.

im not expecting anyone to ward in pickup, im not even expecting dazzles to ulti the carries, but a basic understandment of the hero roles should be mandatory in this so called "experienced" channel which means you cant define a players skill by the stats he has.

my advice, take it or leave it (or ban me!)

You know what i meant. Nobody will look only at ur scores or i would have asked for a pic with final stats. Playing good but with bad stats doesn't mean u get kicked.

Pff.. take all i say ad-literam like i will make a limit of creeps or kills before banning...
