"- Can demand alone request or removal from xp channel (with proper reasons and evidences)"
This maybe a stupid question, but I have no idea what "alone request" means.
Does it mean that the trusted player can say "me solo mid" or something similar and you have to agree and let him solo?

guess a normal player needs to open a forum-thread with the remove req+evidence etc, and the trusted player can pm a admin with evidence and PÄM! the player gets bans0red. "rocky remove menace from xp chan" wüüüüäääh   |

Only real admins can do that. I have played a game where admin picked squee and played him mid. Not much could convince him to lane. :)

I imagined a trusted player soloing mid and threatening the other players to stab mid or otherwise they'll get removed from xp. I guess sometimes my imagination is running wild. :D

It's probably that it's 5 players or 1 trusted(or admin) have proper evidence for removal.

the interesting thing on this removal stuff is that there's no agreed skill requirement beside 500 games played which is a lot and guarantees a certain level in most cases but that's it. its not like invite or ihcs with triage voting and replay checking. SO id really like to know where poeple draw the border. Besides that removal because of skill reasons does not fit to all that pickup stuff in most cases poeple play it for fun and use the common inhouse leagues if they really want skilled games. You use pickup when you just want some quick gaming want to play with newbie friends or just are to plain drunk to deliver a good performance. And in my eyes the xp chan should just follow these origins but well with the level a bit higher because of the game requirement. Therefore removal because of skill reasons is well unneccessary (not to mention that its quite hard to judge that from one or 2 games so removal requestwould be quite some work since everyone could argue well distracted, tired or whatsoever and would probably be right with that). Bad behaviour or constant dropping on the other side should always have the option of leading to removal ...

And in my eyes the xp chan should just follow these origins but well with the level a bit higher because of the game requirement. wrong..you got #dotapickup.euro for the drunk play and nub friends etc. this channel is dotapickup.(((XP)))..so if the players cant play, remove them from xp and let them try later imo. atleast i play xp cuz of the higher skill and ofc.. the exp :P |
